Sleazy Youtube Sell Out or Just A "Doh"?

- I am a regular watcher of the subject of this video, and I have a bunch of respect. This channel has made some great videos and while being a bit of an acquired taste (the best channels are though)... Has always been entertaining and generally straightforward and accountable.
My guess is most CZcams viewers DGAF about this, or understand why it could be/is a big deal.
this MAY VERY WELL HAVE BEEN A MISTAKE.
I have not reached out to the channel but I bet if I did I'd get a reply. I should. I'll report back if anything happens after this vid comes out/I attempt to clarify and contact said channel/

Glenn's voice is one of the most annoying forces currently on the Internet.
Haha. I sometimes use his intros to annoy my wife. She hates that guy.
Most of the time I don’t have much interest in his channel for the content, what interests me is the channel itself and how it has mutated and morphed and grown from where it started to where it is now.
I have always cringed while watching but also been fascinated at how simple and effective his schtick is.

Seems plausible but unlikely? I didn't see the video. Not checking a box? OK. But the transparent youtubers state clearly what's going on. If he didn't, then that's too bad.
He has always been pretty upfront and vocal about calling bullshit on people, which is what made me laugh and relish the opportunity to have some fun. I’ve reached out too.
I honestly think it pretty crazy that he’d think it wouldn’t be called out, I just had to laugh at his casual reply.
So despite the theatrics of my stupid but (hilarious to me) video editing… my real interest in making a thing of this, was how seemingly non-chalant he was about not checking the box.
Quite a bit of planning/thought/editing went into his video.. and he’s done these for ever at this point… if he did just forget, I feel like it’s great he gets reminded that his record of setting himself up as one of those “cut through the bullshit” guys, gets dinged if he’s lazy and sloppy about what I consider a very timely and relevant issue… shady Sweetwater shilling, the CZcams epidemic.
Anyway, im just trying to have fun and make stuff that I can in the time I have to make videos in the week… and reallllllly find myself sick of the culture of shill apologists in the comment section. Haha

The guy calls people who think differently morons because he thinks he’s the smart one. This showed me he isn’t mature and it made me skip his channel and opinions years ago. Smart people know that they don’t know everything and dumb people think they are smart because they just don’t know 😂
Part of his schtick is quite definitely doing that. Part of what made making this video fun was knowing he has this coming. But I do think a lot of what he does is bluster and acting out like a morning radio dj.
He’s made some interesting videos but most of the stuff I skip, precisely because his main target audience seems to be people who love his schtick.. more than anything.
Admitting here that the schtick of MY video is a reference to his penchant for attacking people.
