We are more similar to certain tribes like Gurung , Magar , Limbu , Rai , Yakkha and afterall like Tibetan tribes. Instead of being assamese , we should stay under Kachari umbrella and those himalayan tribes we can keep in touch . I have a Limbu friend and their language is 60%-70% similar to we Tiwa and Bodos . Certain words like Ang =I , me (in bodo and tiwa) , Limbu also say Anga . Mung =name(tiwa , bodo) , Limbu says Ming etc etc . Instead assamese is more similar to bengali and the people who shows too much axomiya giri are mostly unrelated to we tribals , they are more similar to bengalis .
