    That was great! Super long videos are kind of a turn off but I continued to watch because I watched that series and like it alot. The last game here explained by you was very interesting and held my attention! Beth was not only a genius chess player but she was a very sexy attractive young lady and that's always a good thing to have in a female lead. Thanks for this!

    Halfway through the video and I randomly wonder what would happen if you just kept moving the knight back and forth from it’s starting square until the opponent attacks one of your pawns or something 😂

    Awesome videos! My favorite so far is the basic chess tactics. Beautiful audio.

    Can you do more of the Immortals series please!!! I love your content like this but the stories of legendary games is very exciting and how you explain everything is top notch and very relaxing. Love your work btw! (Edit: maybe a video about the game that won Magnus the rank of world champion?)

    You can never be too fixated on capturing any one particular area… I knew it was over when black became fixated on reclaiming the center. Rather, black should have accepted the borders and strengthened their own lines before overstepping.. A beautiful game nonetheless. Very honest chess.

    Hey ASMRChess👋 I'm having a bit of a creative block right now in chess, and I was wondering what you have done to improve? I recently shot up to 1380, and have been slowly declining back to around 1300 and it feels like I'm banging my head against a wall with my improvement. Do you have any tips?

    • @spoonhouseinc.1124

      Loving the new format btw!

    • @ASMRChess
      @ASMRChess  Před 3 lety +3

      I do. When you reach a new skill level you must understand that this is not your new base level. It is your peak level. You got there be understanding how to beat people at a lower level. Beating sub-1200 players is not the same as beat 1300+ players. Some of the stuff that you'll get away with on the lower level won't work on the higher level. Therefore it is natural that you'll get knocked down again a couple of time or many. My advice would be to analyze your games thoroughly and understand what is going on. When you lose try to understand why you lost. If you do that with many games you'll see a pattern - what is the most common reason you lose? When you know that you can work on improving that specifically.
