These shoes are called DMS SHOES. You could go to any army/police store and ask for HIGH ANKLE DMS SHOES. The range starts from 600 and goes till 2000 abd beyond.
These provide good protection.
My advice: buy genuine leather DMS boots from any army store nearby and it should cost around 1000 rs.
I actually use DMS Boots as a DAILY wear( me being an past NCC cadet, this boot became a habit) and biking gear and these are better than any other TUFF boot. If you could afford a proper riding boot you must buy those or else you should go for these.
There are also a low ankle version available which are good for daily wear..
About ventilation:BUY OFFLINE AND when buying such boots select those which have cloth sections for ventilation alongwith leather.

I will not recommend these knee protector because may be they are having really good build quality but they can damage the paint of your Motorcycle tank so be carefull. If you are buying them then you should have tank grip or you have to do some DIY
