Afraid of his father scolding (bhand ban gaye) he keep everything on wrap for days.
As he knows Urdu very well and dialogue of Hindi films are written in URDU
The other actor do not understand the meaning of their dialogue, but Dilip saheb being student of urdu he knows the meaning of his dialogue, so he take pause and stretch his voice as per need.
