The scheme implemented with good intention to help young researcher in getting handsome salary for five years. Host inst just make good use of young fellow as most of inst are lacking manpower and fellow should never think for any absorption at host if he/she would like to continue his/her life as academicians.

I have to know that research proposal is written within 2500 words so is it uploaded in PDF format? Can we write proposal in latex. Or it is uploaded in doc file. Please tell me.
