I have this model in crimson red metallic. It's definitely a nice vehicle, especially for the price. It's very comparable to more expensive models by other car manufacturers. I've had people approach me at red lights, gas stations and while getting in and out of it to tell me how nice it looks.
Now what I LOVE being a car head is getting to hear the differences between the new and old model! Whenever I see someone get the same car but the new generation, I always ask what’s different... not gon lie the key would have got me 😂😂 BUT I know the features and the LOOK of this sales the car.

I love this vehicle. My mother has a 2020 Trailblazer with the same exact engine and she has 60k miles on it. No issues at all. you do have to change the oil every 3k-5k miles. Hope you enjoy your car. And no that P button under the gear shifter is not auto hold for traffic, it’s the parking brake for when you park on a hill.
I got mine 3 weeks ago but I have the 2025 TL model and love mine but mine has the digital speedometer. I added roof rail, mud flaps, retractable cargo cover, floor mats and cargo liners. I love this car.

So, for a moment I'm not going to lie I did regret the purchase. But then I had to think about all the other features of this SUV. And for the price of the car, I am getting a lot. I'm gonna get the same one, 2RS or Activ just because I want the Bose sound system, the fully digital gauges, push-to-start, leatherette seats and DRL lights up front on the grille because I've gotta have that. At least the DRLs and Bose system. I've never wanted a crossover or SUV before since I've always had only cars, but this is too nice for the price.*
*Also, the "auto start/stop" button is there because your engine turns off when you stop at red lights, stop signs, or are just sitting on there with it on. It does that to save gas, but some people don't like that, so they give you that button in order to just run it like a normal vehicle. I'm gonna keep it off always when I get mine. It makes like 1% difference in gas, so it doesn't matter. Great sleek looking vehicle! And good color!*

Congratulations!! I went to Chevy to get a used Equinox they were to big. I went back several days later and was test driving a trailblazer pulled up, and they had just got one 2024 Trax 1 RS. I love this car.

If you check the door sticker, your tire pressure is supposed to be 35 psi, yours in the display shows as 45+. Lower that to 35 and your ride will smooth out, and your tires will last longer... I have the LT so I know.
my car was fresh off the delivery truck that’s how the PSI was when I got it. it went down maybe a week after it had it, just had to adjust .

We just got a 2024 RS in fountain Blue I think we paid 24500...and I will say not only is it a great car for the money...I get more compliments from men and women than I have had on more expensive cars ...great car for the money

The vehicle is as beautiful as you girl. Did you have any issues with the 2021?
I had a chevy sonic. Same motor as the trax. Common issues were coolant leaks and turbo issues. The turbos from the factory were prone to failure and would be replaced if under warranty. The coolant leaks stemmed from a part that is prone to failure that house the thermostat.
My 2021 had nooo issues at all.

It's normal, the tires match the PSI. My 2021 was the same as well.
@@LifeWithChasK I don’t think 50 psi is normal. Manufactures put high pressures in the tires when the cars have to travel significant distance to their destination. The Trax comes from Asia, so GM puts high pressure to prevent flat spots on the tires. Take a look at the label in the drivers doorjamb 😊

Hey @Chasity I've seen a few reports of people complaining that the AC does NOT TURN ON when using remote start, specifically it seems to be an issue with 1RS or LS (lower trims TRAX) those trims do not have push-start or automatic climate control... the models that have push-start / automatic climate control (I think LT / 2RS / Activ) seem to work ok. Is it possible to confirm this? Not sure if this is the intended behavior or a bug, but essentially not having the AC or Heat turn on when using remote start pretty much defeats the purpose of remote start...
My 2021 was a push start & had remote start and still didn't allow me to control the AC via the app. I just think it isn't a mode for this model. the 2024 is the same as well. I don't think chevy has any models that allows the AC to be turned on via remote start.
@@LifeWithChasK some people say yes and other say no... its... strange... to clarify though, i am not talking about controlling the AC, as in, remotely controling the ac... what i want to know is if the AC or HEAT will turn on when remote starting the car, back to the setting it was at when the car was turned off.. so obviously if the AC was OFF when the car was turned off, then when using remote start the AC shouldnt come on.
