The point of eating healthy is to eat when you are hungry - stop when you are full and to trust food Labeling a biscuit as bad you will find yourself start to do it everything else and that’s a bad habit to have towards food Just be thankful for what you have cause there a lot of people who het nothing and go to bed hungry every night. Just be grateful and just do it in moderation drink lots of water and exercise you will be fine
