LOL... started watching this instead of doing the creative project I had intended to. And use my ADHD as why I obsessively watch non duality or creative artists videos instead of doing what I thought I wanted to do. Had never looked at the "lack of agency" and can see where it started in early childhood when I was never allowed to choose what I wanted to do, to study or what electives I would take. I was constantly told that I didn't really know what I needed. And seeing now I thought I had rebelled by running away and being able to make all my own choices but see most were not because I knew it was what I was choosing but it was in reaction and opposition to my Father's choices for me.

Deb, if you see this I just saw a video of an artist who is incredibly prolific. He said, "when you're empty then the possibilities are endless". POW! Thought of both of us hearing this. May we both keep going in our fetter work to become Empty.🙏💞
PS..and yes, I can get lost watching other artists instead of being in my process. I especially love "artist studio tours", so I totally relate.😂
