Your nails look so pretty with your top! Lion brand has a chart that tells how much yarn you need for different projects. I don’t know how to download it here,but it’s lion brand yarn usage chart. That will tell you for your size, the project, etc. and how many yards you’ll need.

If it starts bothering you by being to tight, I'd think adding a 1.5" horizontal panel to the each side of the opening (so 3" in total added to the bust) would be really cute and flattering. Maybe in like the tan or another light contrasting color.
