- The 109th Commencement exercises of PMA Class Siklab Diwa 2014 produced one of the highest turn-outs of graduates, consisting of 222 cadets who passed the rigorous military training. Get to know the top graduates of graduating class of the Philippine Military Academy class Siklab Diwa. One of them was Cadet First Class Kerlyn Asuncion, who was the first female adjutant in PMA. Watch this special documentary on what a cadet goes through on their graduation day.

Is it okay to enroll in PMA while studying another course? I want to enroll in PMA and experience the hardships and teamships from their training. Also to have money to use for my tuitions for my main course.

it was my dream to be a a cadet there but i never made it. i will inspire my son instead, with the hope he will share same interest, then perhaps if he makes it, it'll be my greatest glory a father could ever have, to have a son serving my country
Humble observation of mostly coming from poor Filipino families are joining PMA with clear intentions of finishing 4 years and able to support financially on their parents and siblings. How about Filipino aspiring cadets of well to do families with same aspirations of serving the nation and shunning the lifestyles of material luxuries?

Unfortunately the trend sa ngaun e marami na ngaun ang nakakapasok sa PMA / PNPA na mga anak ng matataas na opisyal ng military, kapulisan, at mga may kapit sa pulitiko. Wala din namang problema kung "qualified" sila. kaso ang mga magulang sa ngaun ng mga Feeling entitled na mga batang ito ang gumagawa ng paraan para maka "survive" sa training sa mga institusyon na ito. e Paano nman kung anak ako ng magsasaka or mangigisda? meron nga ba tutulong sa akin na maitawid din ang pangarap kong makatapos? mahirap nga nman talaga makatapos sa mga institusyon na ganyan pero sana nga lang e may pantay pantay na pagtrato sa mga kadete, kahit sinu pang Poncio Pilato ang magulang or kakilala nila. sana hindi nagpro-produce ang PNPA / PMA ng mga "Feeling Entitled" na mga opisyal
Ito yung isa sa mga naging motivation kong mag entrance exam sa pma next year kahit na 16 palang ako.. Nakaka motivate din yung boses nung narrator! Salute to you Sir! More PMA VIDEOS PLS!

well sa philiipine military academy po jan na manggagaling ang mga officers of army, navy, air force. madidistribute na sila
pero if u want for example air force talaga, pwede ka mag exam na agad kung may recruiting, exam lang yon tapos pag nakapasa ka e magpiphysical exam tapos med exam tapos 6 months training lang ata yon tas ayun officer kana
pero mas preferred pa din kung PMA graduate ka kase dun talaga yung extreme training physical and mental
Uhmmm hindi lang po sa PMA nanggagaling yung mga officers. May OCS din po na tinatawag hehe. OCS is para po sa mga college graduate na po na gusto maging officer sa AFP.

I understand, on the average there are 1500 2nd Lt. positions open every year in the AFP. PMA only graduates less than 300 every year. The remaining slots are taken by OCS and university Advance ROTC graduates.

all those who laugh on adjutants trotting are fools.
I’ve seen videos of other adjutants in other countries doing a trot. They basically just walk with larger strides in a brisk pace. Ours is truly unique!
