Sir I attended this session at QASF. It was one of best sessions i have ever attended. I am so much impressed and inspired as well from you. Stay blessed and keep spreading the knowledge 😘
very interesting lecture.. sarey main concepts cleared.. they are all related.. now we can understand our emotions much better knowing what they are and how they are related. i notice something my native language was URDU, so whenever someone teaches n Umar sir is doing well job here.. im learning things that will stick with me.. i am usually listening to english spkers as an american but when i listen to stuff in my native tongue URDU.. whch i had for first 12 yrs of my life.. i feel as if urdu lectures get installed into my brain chip much more than what i listen in english lectures of angrez.. fascinating stuff umar riaz saheb, keep up the good work. love the flow, the clarity of concept, great example/analogies.. love every minute of it.
Thank you sir umar riaz your lecture was very informative and influential and helped me alot thank you so much keep it doing Through your lecture I make me able to know my hijacking emotions and now I'm able to solve my issues and can manage my relationship
Sir that is the debate of instinct and intellect. When we react quickly and without any judgment that is instinct and when we think and judge the situation and then react that intellect.

Just read below and get me back if you need more about Time Management or Focus or Smart Learning. Here is: Time Management = Commitment. Always apply the Rule of NOW to be committed. For example: If you can do a thing within 5 minutes, do it NOW and overcome the procrastination. Don’t make complex and difficult time tables to follow. And don’t be trapped in so called never ending To-do-Lists. Research has shown that 45 % of the items put on the to-do-list are never done at all. A to-do-list is the graveyard of the important but not for the urgent tasks. Productivity needs energy and focus not the time. Simply be committed and time will be managed automatically. Time is the most valuable and secret resource. Every minute is valuable. Money, we can lose it and can get it back, even health we can lose and can get it back but once time is gone it is gone forever. Time is Life. Identify your Most Important Task [MIT] and do it first and so on with each of the task. Work from Calendars not from your to do lists and time tables. Always start from Basics and do very small and tiny things because without basics there will be no altitude and a journey of thousand miles begins with a small step. We all have the same 24 hours or 1440 minutes or 86400 seconds in a day. Make the best use of each minute. Start saying No to everything that doesn’t support your immediate goals. If you really could understand it and think it valuable, get back to me on wiz4it@gmail.com.
