Stevie, you’re a f*ckin scholar. You are uniquely gifted and qualified to do what you do. Goddamn! You have an insane ear for this, catchin all kinda shit. And your analysis of the schemes, alliteration, cadence, etc is off the charts. It is a f*cking gift to watch you.
Tech is such a unique rapper in that he can make words that would barely make sense used together in a sentence, still make sense through alliteration and the emphasis placed on certain words in connection with the filler ones.
His wordplay/lyrics are great on a lot of songs, but his true talent is chopping words into bars/verses that just sound great and twist your brain like "how is he sounding like this?"
He's underrated as a rapper because his style is so unique compared to anyone else. I guess that's why he created "Strange Music"
Strange music was kinda started by him and he gives props in so many of his songs. Travis o guin was a big business man who wanted into the music industry and was a fan of techs and knew he was being pulled multiple ways. He came in and gave tech his one label originally called entertainment group n9ne arts music (strange backwards). As for strange music the name itself, it is tech showing his roots. It comes from his love of the doors and there song strange days

I went too see the whole Strange crew in Charlotte NC like 3 years ago . I had trouble finding a parking spot so I had to park 2 blocks away. As I was walking over to the sidewalk to make my way to the show I saw Wreck all by himself with a plastic bag, I could see a few Gatorades in it lol he had walk down to the gas station real quick, he told me. I got a free picture and got to walk with him and just talk for a whole two blocks. Hes a great guy and I'll never forget that walk 🤙🏽🤙🏽

Tech is in my top 5 FAVORITE rappers of all time. For me Tech is the King of Flow in the same way Em is the King of Lyricism. Krizz Kaliko was supposed to be second in the verse. He couldn't make the schedule so he got Wreckonize instead. The Intro on Krizz Kaliko's album Son of Sam was the verse that was supposed to be for So Dope. I would have loved to hear that verse to the So Dope beat.
