Building Klepper Kayaks Aerius II 545 Expedition (time lapse)

In May 2022, our two-man team will complete the first-ever source-to-sea kayaking expedition along Madagascar's longest river: the Mangoky. If successful, the journey will be considered for a new Guinness World Record. Here is a video of Ben and I assembling the Klepper Kayaks Aerius II 545 Expedition for the first time. Took us about 55 minutes. We got this down to 18 mins 40 secs with a bit of practice later this afternoon. Can't wait to assemble her on the Mangoky River in Madagascar in a few weeks!
