A 4 stroke will be heavier than a 2 stroke and add in a bit for Honda's engineering. Noticeable if trying to bounce around if not quite fit enough

So at most between 8 and 9% difference. Reading Internet forums would lead you to believe the Montesa bikes weigh twice as much as the rest. Those Betas aren’t as light as their owners like to think 😂
