India, as a policy has been promoting education in a planned manner. But this Byjus thing on the players jersey’s doesn’t mean that BCCI is also promoting education. Sponsorship is usually given on bidding , basing on the revenue offered and the laid down policies of the government. Moreover, India’s education system is also not completely flawless. We’ve a long way to go before we reach a level where every child is provided with quality education. It is a work in progress.

I lived in the Gulf for almost 22 years. What I had noted there in every street fights only Pakistanis were involved. Most of the taxis drivers were Pakistanis, they were always being rude with passengers.

Next if Amazon or Tata quotes the highest value in the next bid, they will get the sponsorship. There is nothing like promoting education by the BCCI, don't get fooled by that.

I am Indian and I don’t agree BCCI gave sponsorships rights because they wanted to promote education. It’s just BYJU bidded more. Before them it was OPPO. Indian players are world class brands which basically results in lots of exposure to these brands and so brands are bidding very high price for sponsorship rights.
Byju was able to bid the highest because it is earning money..thar itself means education is priority and people are willing to spend on kids education

As an Indian, I don’t see anything wrong with Pakistani team having property developers endorsement on their kit. Byuju’s is not a very honest company. Generally, india does prioritise education more than Pakistan but this was a bad comparison point. Pakistan is lacking behind a little due to religious fanatics.
