    Fantastic! Looking at all these beautiful stones, one would think that they are abundant and easy to dig out of the ground . Some of those gems are stunning! Thanks for the tour 👍

    Hi justin, did you see any kind of semi-precious in Hong Kong show? and by semi-precious I mean turquoise cabochons mostly

    • @JustinKPrim
      @JustinKPrim  Před 5 měsíci

      I saw lots of semi precious but I can’t remember any turquoise specifically.

      @@JustinKPrim Thank you, I've never seen any big show other than Tucson with turquoise booths ever. Have you?

      @@hamedrahmati3129 i never looked for it specifically so I’m not sure. Nothing comes to mind other than Tucson and quartzite.

    What does unheated mean?

    • @JustinKPrim
      @JustinKPrim  Před měsícem

      @@polynesia8733 it means that the stone hasn’t been subjected to a heat treatment that alters the stones color. Many stones have a better color, more vibrant, or sometimes a different color than how they came out of the ground. If you have an amazing color from a stone that isn’t heat treated, it’s worth more, so people want to know when the stone is untreated or unheated.

    I always think videos like this are trash for one reason the prices are never mentioned

    • @JustinKPrim
      @JustinKPrim  Před 7 měsíci +1

      I had barely enough time to show any up close stones so definitely no time to get into negotiations for price. The point of the video was to share what the show looks like, the ambiance, what the focus of the show is, etc. If I was going to talk about price then the whole video would just be about 2 stones. Maybe a good idea but a very different concept than what I was trying to do with this video.
