absoletely love this plane, has to be one of the most underrated planes in x-plane 12, and it's a default plane!
Did landing use reverse thrust? Or only air speed break?
Nice Video.
It touched the ground with the speed of a Pilatus PC12, certainly not even close in real life! hahahaha
As far as it didn't stall it's ok I believe.
Thanks for your video! But I want to know that what is the keyboard command to turn off the autopilot with the ILS approach at 1000ft ?
Hi I personally use the "servos toggle" key binding to my hotas button.
@@crisk73 Thank you for your explanation. This problem has troubled me for a long time.
You should check to see if your flight plan jives with your entered information and scroll through you flightplan
Ok thanks.
I noticed you landed on 10R, but you started out wanted to land on 28L. How did that change occur? Did you land the plane, or did the system land the plane for you?
My fist guess was 28L, then upon getting closer to the airport I saw that the runway in use was 10R so I changed the procedure in the fms.
Great video! I noticed that your plane descended automatically after turning off alt hold. Mine doesn’t, it completely ignores the descend, what should I do?
If I remember correctly you have to decrease the throttle a bit to start descending.
@@crisk73 hey, it works now and I did decrease the throttle, it started descending
But also it’s possible that it didn’t work because I didn’t have all the altitudes in my FMC
Thank you
What unit of measure is the lnav asel speed on the left? I don’t understand how 250 anything could be M.85
It's IAS that is indicated air speed. At very high altitudes IAS can get very low compared to TAS true air speed and GS ground speed. That's why you may see 250 at Mach .85. But I might have to check the exact point of the vid to answer more precisely.
At what point after take off did the auto pilot take over, and what buttons do you push to make that happen?
Normally with the CitX I use to engage AP just after takeoff. I've set a button on my stick for the "servos toggle" command which does the job. Otherwise there's the AP button on the MCP.
@@crisk73thank you. I have been struggling with the FMS and your video has clarified many of my difficulties. I now intend to fly the same route, and see how I can do. Very helpful. I am brand new to flight sim and x plane.
Glad to have been helpful to you.
Is this auto or manual throttles?
It doesn't have auto throttle.
What Citation X is that?
C750
Sorry, I meant is this a default aircraft or a payware?
Default aircraft.
