If no Helga, can use either Zhao Chi or Tian Jin, but don't try this in last conquest boss because Zhao chi's skill can't help you drag to evade boss, mobs and Tian Jin is squishy.
Bleeding units, the best is PKur, next one is RNatalia since they have one break skill which can help you regain some HP, CD reduction back. RHelga's bleeding effect is actually not reliable despite using her 1st skill.
