- The final race of the first-ever @supermotocross series went underway in the all-familiar LA Coliseum! Continuing the Deegan legacy, the gates dropped and the revs went high! It was a "winner-takes-all" night of racing and Haiden did just that, clinching the @MonsterEnergy SMX Championship and $500k! What a way to wrap up a rookie year of racing! 👊🏼

@@mikem9953 When Craig jumped ship Duffe wanted to work with Haiden. hopefully stays with him to 450s! Interesting enough though if Haiden would go 450 in a couple of years either Tomac would have to be retired or he would replace Webb or JC. I am sure Star will do what ever they can to keep Haiden if he delivers championships next couple years!

I don’t think I’ve ever wanted 1 guy to win more than Haiden. Other than MC days when I was a little kid. I do have a soft spot for Forkner and a couple others but I want to see Deegan dominate.

@@aceneto9386I’ve been fans of the Lawrence bros for a long time, but getting to see haiden race since he was a little kid and following his progress I have much more of an attachment to him as a rider so I personally want haiden to win over the Lawrence bros. And in my opinion this season was boring if Kenny wasn’t racing bc Jett was just dominate , which good for him, just boring. I do like Hunter though a lot. Just like Haiden more

So many fast guys and so many guys putting them selves out there with vlogs and some social media where you can get to know them to a point. So many guys are likable and you want to root for them all. I love tomac (didn’t used to) but as much as I want him back I want to see sexton kill it and I want to see Jett do crazy shit and win it all. Love AP and Webb too. Hard to pick one guy.
seeing this kid get emotional made me cry, i’ve been watching this kid as long as i can remember, i practically grew up with him so i know he’s always been used to winning and gets upset with himself when he doesn’t but to win a championship his rookie year professionally is incredible and he definitely deserves it. congrats to haiden as well as the whole deegan family. also great editing by the deegan editors, keep up the good work.

I’m glad Kitchen & Cooper were in the zone! They helped Haiden win but in a CLEAN WAY since they train together the flow was so natural! They were like synchronized swimmers and kept a solid gap over Shimoda. It was really cool to see the boys racing FAIR and going about business as usual. I cried when I saw Haiden finish and I cried watching this video my dad had known Brian and was so incredibly proud of Haiden and so am I he worked so hard to get here and he doesn’t just get given anything he has worked for everything he has. So proud of you! Amazing job out there!!

The HIGHS and LOWS of the night really made it so much more special . Once Shimoda passed Haiden I thought the overall might slip away. It was so nerve racking to see Haiden come back moto 2. I’m so glad he won the race clean too so there was no doubt. I couldn’t calm down until the final turn! Talk about entertainment and excitement! Congrats you earned that # 1

I was there and it was awesome watching haiden ride live. He was flying through sand section. Congrats and im sure i speak for all of us. Cant wait till next season. Haiden you are going to be one of the greats of the sport. Not sure if it was just because we were in california but the entire stadium was there for haiden. This is exactly what the sport needed.

Maybe its because Im 20 weeks pregnant, maybe its because I was so on edge, butt cheeks clenched, holding my breath and hyperventilating watching that race OR maybe its because this kid is nothing short of amazing. I LOVE the beginning clip where they talk about him not having shit handed to him because of who his Dad is. Haiden kept kitchen within 1.5 seconds most of the race too. He’s been kicking his ass most of this year. That’s why he finished higher than him in points THE ENTIRE YEAR. And out performed the rest of his vet teammates. Lol and the reason he won the SMX championship. First moto he had arm pump and got knocked around a few times. Get your bad attitude out of here. I
