Sorry for missing Monday's upload. We had a long weekend of racing after getting back from Colorado.

dudes! that exact same things been happening on my X01 Eagle! the chain falls out of sync on the lower jockey wheel, then goes the wrong side of the lower jockey wheel, then you cant shift up at all, exactly like yours has done, its suddenly started doing it loads on mine especially down in the smaller cogs? worn jockey wheels maybe? mine have loads of side to side play
That was an exceptionally violent section of trail where it dropped. Not sure what causes it to happen on a regular basis though.

how'd the rest of Dane's bike maintenance go? looked pretty shredded.
Bike needed a full rebuild! Definitely found some quality issues with the YT. Any bike would need an overhaul after 5 weeks on the road but certain things like pivots and bb bearings shouldn't need replacing that quick.
Bummer
That's not to say the YT wasn't a good bike. But that's a big reason why we like Santa Cruz so much. High quality design and free bearings for life.
One of my bearings went a little crunchy this year but it was mighty simple to get new ones from Santa Cruz. I'm sticking with SC for a long time.
