In kokapet 1 acre is 70cr-100 crores officially. ( you know anything about real estate it's 2x 3x official amount. ) in jubilee hills you will only get the land for 8 crores. Villas in a gated community is much higher. 8 cr is not low budget but it's definitely not high. Find out how much Aparna and myhome villas are😂 and putting 8 crores in the Bank is the dumbest idea I've ever heard. Instead if you put it on stocks or real estate it will increase drastically after 20-30 years. 10x is for sure if you're lucky even 100x can happen if you buy a shares in eV or other rising sector. 8 cr in bank😂 thats hilarious. Forget about the villa even a 4bhk flat would be 5-7cr in posh locality. Reality is so cruel.

Even you put amount in bank you will get 5 lakhs interest. Happily pay monthly rent 1 lac and,staying in jubilee hills is much better.
