The way you described your emotional state through your story is spot on and I identify with all of what you said. Thank you for sharing. My case also went cold and my abuser is out there. The anger and wonder of how many others he abused before and after me stays with me for sure. But I am very fortunate to have a supportive circle around me. Keep doing what you're doing.

I'm proud of you. I can't accept the fact that there is no funding on stopping the most evil thing in the world, but there sure is a lot of funding going after people tweeting something that someone finds offensive.

Thank you for sharing. More power to you Jeremy. And I applaud you for the service that you are doing, the awareness that you are spreading, the courage that you are giving, the hope that you are instilling. Thank you once again.

Thank you! Your story has helped me realize that what I was feeling and going through with the suppressed emotions is common and that I am not alone. I have also realized that the more I spoke you about it to family the less I felt those supr3ssed emotions and depression. There is power in no linger holding someone's dirty secret in regards to what they have done to you. You shift the power, take it from them and recall your strength. I am still on the journey of healing. Thank you so much for sharing and creating a platform where others can feel safe to share their story. ❤️

As always, sensitively handled and compassionate content. The box and the time delay makes so much sense. Relatable, very relatable. Like why didn't it cause a problem for so long... but I have realised it did subtly, for some time in it's own way!

I like your work. Thank you for bringing this information out there. Also, I’m sorry you had to go true this. But you’re explaining the problems about abuse so well. I think you will help many people.

Excellent share of your story, Jeremy. Your disarming approach is admirable and, as you know, my sensibility as well. It is your plainspoken clarity of this conversation that we need to bring this and all child abuse into the light, so people (the abused as a priority) can get the help they need and heal. Also, so the offenders can be isolated and prosecuted. My view of your predator and the man who abused me was that my mind could not rest until I knew he died (of old age). They didn't feel shame or disgrace for committing their acts. It remains an injustice that a known pedophile can walk free without restriction, without penalty or retraining/therapy, likely re-offending. I do not have hate in my heart, but there is no forgiveness either and there are few solutions to bring justice to this situation. What are your legal restrictions on simply making his name, address and information public to isolate and reveal him? If he is in the light, maybe he can't disappear into the darkness.

Hi Jeremy. I want to start support groups for sexually abused people. Something like they do in America. I have zero experience except that my son is sexually abused.

Hi, I work with Jeremy on the something to say team. I’m so sorry this happened to your son, I can’t imagine the pain you must feel, but it’s amazing that you want to find a way to help others. If you want to start a support group, it may be worth starting somewhere like Facebook - learn how to use the group and community function, there should be lots of helpful videos on you tube to help you learn more. I’d honestly say, just start, that’s the best way to learn and you can adapt and change things as you go along, don’t delay helping others. (That’s my personal advice ❤) and if you’d like to share your own story with our STS community - please do. There’s a form on the website - jeremyindika.com/stories/

@@karenmaile thanks kaz. Yes I would like to share my story. I will follow link. There is a major problem in the world where when mothers report father's for sexual abuse they lose custody. I know its not similar to Jeremy's case but, equally it is clear that pedophiles get away with murder.
