i'm apologizing now for the shaky camera work - this was the first weekend using the mono pod attachment, but I was still finding it sticky, so that is why there is a lot of harsh movements. I think millville went better!

Line up next to the best starters and fastest guys if you can. Then, even if you aren’t first out of the gate, the guys around you are the fastest and least likely to get bottlenecked together. You’ll come out of the first few turns with the more skilled, quicker paced guys. The laggers (10th place and down) are all complacent and they generally follow each other and stuff up in groups. The best place to be is rubbing elbows with the top 10. With a 21st gate pick, you should definitely be able to slide in between two of the quickest guys. If you came out of the gate in the top 10 or 15, you would definitely have finished in the top 20, or better! Your corner skills are incredible, and your stamina is as good as any of those guys! Keep grinding away, one thing guy's don't do that often is practice starts over and over. The pro's have their own start gates might be time either to invest in one or if you know someone with welding skills get then to make one for you. A doulbe or a triple start gate. Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺🇺🇸

Hey Jeff love the vlogs in general! Good story telling and fun. I’m a video pro and I’d love to suggest your video guy use a small tripod etc for filming you riding around the track. He’s needing to be very zoomed in and the riding footage is quiet jerky and nauseating to try watch. There are some very compact light weight ones around and its just well worth it for this type of filming. Highly suggest you guys fix this so you don’t loose viewers to this otherwise great Vlog!! All the best

I've watched a lot of your videos. My small bit of advice... If you can increase your corner speed, especially in the sand, your straight line speed will increase and all other aspects will be come easier. Well done in the sand!
Compared to the other technical work on track, a lot of riders skip their work on starts. Bring your training on starts up to par and you won't go any faster in the race but you'll be farther up the list with less work. Stoked you've improved a lot since last year- pro mx is no joke to place well in. Onward!
Have you considered the magnatitude to which you'd blow up, if you did this on a 250 2T next year? Literally the number 1 favorite rider for every single 2T guy in the industry, and probably a big chunk of 4T guys.
Congrats on qualifying great effort. Just remember if ya have bad luck get taken out crash whatever, being last or at the back ya always have something to race for, remember ya sponsors the people that helped get ya to the track and sup ya while ya there! It’s never over! Heart 150% stay positive and charge that can show sponsors character commitment attitude. Never give up. I am still perplexed why you change class’s every season though, I don’t see allot of consistency in what you are aiming for or what is giving you the best chances for that goal, 450s def more you’re class as tough as it is, you seem a better fit on the 450 watching you for some years now. Anyways good luck keep your head up, remember you always have something to race for, racing is ups and downs it’s how you manage it, move on learn from mistakes and move on. I also think it’s a mistake not to walk the track, there are allot of lines out there you can find walking that can keep you out of trouble of other riders, one thing ai notice allot with modern riders is most of you stay in the same lines, very little creativity, that gives you no where to go and also what is fastest choice, as much as I am not a Tomac fan, he’s one of the few riders that still can do that it seems at any given point in motocross track, this was a hallmark of Stewart and many other greats, esp on the smaller bikes you are a bigger guy I always think momentum is your friend on a 250f esp in deep sand. Anyways good vlog great to see you getting more good support will def give them a look.
