@@ArsenicChord ye, i know this is 6 months too late, but I feel that most characters that the community sees as lame have the most potential to be hype, but not a lot of people take advantage of this potential. for example most online sonic players, which pains me because I main sonic

@@joeda900 basically all Sonic's moves consist of turning into a little ball, which would understandably be seen by the audience and the opponent as spamming.

@@markusbonnet439 b reverse homing attack. b reversing changes the properties of certain moves, and it has done this since melee
Joseph Bozeman it does nothing for homing attack , you might get bair instead of fair afterwards but the attack stays the same
Do any of you guys have an idea as to how to consistently land backwards homing attack? I don’t know if it’s because I use handheld mode but I can never consistently land the move. I’ve tried flick during the homing attack,right before, I can’t seem to hit it. Do any of you guys have advice as to how to land this move?

Marth has best walking speed,sonic has 7th.
Sonic has the fastest running speed,and his spindash can outrun hero with acceleratle.
And for bonus he has the 12th fastest air speed in game,but one of the worst air accelerations.

4:34 - how did he do that? That smooth switch up from spin dash to sailing across the field? Having a hard time replicating that
Spinshot? There are tutorials u can look up on how to do it, but its simply holding spindash for a second and then quickly letting go of the special button and pressing the attack button. Veryyy quickly

What would you say a new sonic should try and learn first. For some reference, I main Marth and I have decided recently to secondary Sonic to help me with my lack of patience and to also cover up some matchups.
Just learn the basic confirms and how to control spindash (will cover spindash in my next video)
Its also important to learn how to be evasive and control the pace of a match

Thanks for the guide!!!! I know how to do reverse homing atk out of jump. But how are you doing reverse homing atk out of spin dash?? The game only lets me do regular homing atk. When I try to press back on analog stick after spin dash, homing atk won’t come out. Plzzzz help
the input is the exact same as out of jump. Just keep practicing and you'll get it
UR2SLOW sweet sweet. Do you have to press jump after 2nd hit of spin dash?
@@errrcc you only need to jump when you launch spindash off the ground. You dint need to double jump to use reverse homing attack

Is hero not faster than sonic?
watch the video before this on my channel, it'll answer that.
regardless, even if accelerate was faster, it doesn't make hero the fastest fighter because it's a buff to the character. That's why in the game files and tips, captain falcon is ranked as the second fastest fighter, not other characters like shulk or hero
