I have a new, never before seen crab recipe, that should be showing up in the better crab houses. Capt. C.J., you might like to do a video on it. You break the top shell of a live heavy crab, add three shucked oysters on the upturned shell, than put it on the grill for five minutes. All that new soft shell forming mixed with the yellow mustard and fat, combined with the oyster meat and juices, eat it with a fork and spoon. Oh yeah!
Hey CapT. Maryland crabs in October is the best it gets, good to see you’re gettin’em! You should do a video about the financial aspect of your business. It be interesting for you to breakdown the cost of overhead (bait, labor, fuel, repairs, etc.) and profitability.
It's not because you catch so much it's because they bring a higher price up north. Most crab these days come from the Gulf Coast, Tx, La, and Fl. I laugh so hard when I read peoole posting how great Maryland crabs are never realizing they are eating Gulf Coast crab. Their bay is over fished and polluted.
@@OneOut1 It's also because blue crabs are not popular in Florida in fact in the Tampa Bay area I have a hard time finding them very few places sell them and I don't know any restaurants that serve them .
Nothing better than a Maryland Crab!!!!...and a really COLD BEER!

What do you say to the “experts” who suggest not eating the crab’s yellow mustard due to chemical contaminants?
What actually does “mustard” consist of? What carb “body” part.
Do you ship crabs ?
Buddies are getting $5,000 a day in the winter off catfish!!
Happy to see you are bringing up great crabs!
That's when I like to eat them
I went out last Monday and I couldn't believe all the rusty jumbos I got. It was smooth as glass that day though.
I find the best time to eat crabs is when they are in front of you
Why throw the catfish back.?
Love your channel and l am a fan of all crabs considering being from Kentucky around the Southgate Area there r hardly any crab eaters. Lol
