wow..never in my life had it ever occurred to me to put ground beef in a muffin pan! I love it. I will be doing that in the future...awaiting my 21 day fix to come ...thanks for this.

Nice prep!! It's so funny when Americans try to pronounce Worcestershire sauce. It comes from the UK and you'll never guess... Its actual acceptable pronunciation over here is 'Wooster' sauce lol
is that like leicester square is pronounced Lester square :) ?
Wow! In my whole entire 31 years of living have never heard it pronounced that way!
It's my understanding, for portion control purposes, you shouldn't overfill the containers. You should be able to put the cover on.

For lettuce you don't even need to use the container tbh...so over filling it is fine.
Too much. The lid is supp to fit on and close.

You can as much as long the lid will fit on & if u squish the lid down its fine
She never cause she didn't want a squish salad.

It's lettuce ppl 🤦🏾♀️you don't even need the green container for lettice. You should use it for more dense vegetables though...like brocolli.

You aren't supposed to over stuff the containers. You are supposed to get the lid on it still.

I just got my 21 day fix in the mail. Did workout 1 today. I really like your meal prep I just get so confused :( are the muffins break fast or dinner? (Sorry might be a dumb question)
Yliana Maldonado they're not actual muffins, she called them meatloaf muffins because she used a muffin pan to cook them in.

what containers can we mark off with the meatloaf? Is it just a red? or a red and yellow?
Just a red container. There is such a small amount of Oats per serving, it doesn't count as a yellow container.
How long will the muffins last in the fridge?
About five to seven days :) Enjoy!
