On the Day of Discovery, we’ll crawl through attics and inspect walls to uncover any hidden issues. We may even consult with plumbers on-site to address drain line solutions. The more information we gather, the better for everyone involved.
The beauty of this day is the collaboration between architect and contractor, inspecting existing conditions to find the best solutions for your beautiful, functioning new project. Measurements are verified, checked, and compared to our drawings to ensure precision.
