This phone was by far the least I was excited for during the rumors. When I went to pick mine up on launch day and finally got it in my hands by god I fell in love! This probably has been my favorite iPhone by far!
So far my favorite feature is the quality of the photos. I really didn't think that it would make such a difference, but it does. I also love the portrait lighting settings in selfie mode.
I think the production problem are being resolved very fast you will be able to get yours soon. It’s actually just tap to wake, it doesn’t require a double tap. It could be a good idea to add that as a setting for people who accidentally wake the display with one tap a lot, they could change it to double tap

But i think double tap was a better option coz single tap can create lot do accidental wake up and your pocket . i make tech based videos in my channel, please give it a try if you could. Double tap to wake already included in some android devices. No need to reach power button if the phone are bigger. So easier to wake the phone with 1 hand.

Faster more accurateFace ID, faster phone,iOS 12, camera improvements, display improvements, (maybe notch gone, or made smaller) and likely that copper tone looking colour since the phone overall will look the same so they’ll add that colour in to differentiate. That’s what I expect at least come next year, what iOS 12 brings could be significant as well as it will be the first iOS they can test in public without giving the new design/features away. So basically like an S type of an upgrade I’d expect. In the mean time I’ll enjoy my iPhone X ☺️ makes my 7plus feel/look ancient

One feature of the 10 I love is the speakers sound is louder & much clearer, ringtones I didn’t like I now like better & tones I liked now sound amazing. One thing I don’t like is no battery percentage shown, unless u swipe down Control center or plugin charger. Also I thought in clips app u could use pre made backgrounds like of Golden Gate Bridge ect like in demos from & after keynote guess maybe in a update???
The bottom slide gesture to get to other apps quicker ( 3:36 ) is on iPhone 7 and 8 and you don’t even need to swipe from the bottom, it can be anywhere on the left of your screen. Not only on iPhone X
You don’t have to double tap to wake - just tap. And to close down apps, you don’t have to press the red x. Whilst in multi tasking, just tap and hold an app until red x appears, then simply swipe up to get rid of app like you’re used to doing on previous iPhones
I think Face ID is not that useful. I have Xiaomi phone with fingerprint sensor and I already press on it when taking the phone out of my pocket so it's unlocked already when I'm looking at it. But here on iPhone X you have to wait another second just looking at it... But thats just my opinion, I have never tried Face ID

Also. When closing apps. You dont have to touch the minus tab once it opens. You can then at that point swipe up. Kind of crazy how you’re missing these simple yet better things...

No I can confirm that there is no swiping up on the iPhone X just tried it and all it did was take me to the home screen and it didn’t even close the app.
Hey! Great video. You don’t need to double tap to wake your iPhone X. Only one tap will do (thankfully). And when you’re clearing out apps for the App Switcher, you have the option to swipe up or click the delete icons.
Than why every shot in this video looks super crisp, only the iPhone X cam looks so bad. And don't tell me it's the bitrate. CZcams allows higher bitrate on 4K resolution, but when switched to 4K it still looks like 10$ Aliexpress camera...
