It doesn't matter what people say or don't say. Where a man will spend his eternity, hell or heaven, has nothing to do with people's remark. If the dead person deserves heaven, no derogatory comments by the dead person's critics will matter just as no best wishes of the admirers of the dead person will be able to save any 'good' person who died in his/her wickedness.
