- The plaintiff claims the defendant became an escort at the age of 15, and when she was on the verge of eviction, the plaintiff gave the defendant money. However, the defendant hasn’t paid back the loan, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant alleges the plaintiff puts on a good girl act even though she will smoke weed at night and go to church the next morning like she did nothing wrong. The defendant is countersuing for defamation of character.

I like listening to what both the defendant and the plaintiff have to say after the judge leaves. Most of the time it proves the character that the other described them to be, or the opposite. They always tell om themselves at the end. The mom should not have thrown the letters either

In my mind, they're both doing the same thing, except one's getting paid.

I’m so glad the defendant won. She was respectful and told the truth. I believe they lent each other money- and for the plaintiff come on tv to try to embarrass the defendant about her past was truly classless. Mom demonstrated their true character. I love JM but he seemed nasty to the defendant for no reason.
