Guys, you can either re-enter your fingerprints again with the screen on or ajdust the sensitivity of your screen up a bit higher
Installed flawlessly. Was sent an extra front frame " To go bare or any 3rd party screen protector", but it did not appear to be needed.
was send 2 of the inner cases took out one not realizing I had a second on the inside I tried to force it for an hour and destroyed the screen protector

I put mine, but the area of the fingerprint is not entirely circular. Is that ok?
What is the blue sticker for?
That's why I'm here ?? I was thinking it was a protective plastic for camera lense area its not a sticker but looks like one
You use it to pick up any dust particles left behind on the screen after you clean it so that you don't smear fingerprints on it before installing your screen protector.
Fingerprint does NOT work. watched the video. installed the case as instructed. Trying to set the fingerprint does not work.
How do you REMOVE the cases with the kickstand?
it was working well but..
i took the case off to change my SIM and the fingerprint circle got a bit dirty. now the s21 cant get a good read on fingerprints at all..
I was told by customer service, they will send a new one out if you reach out to them. Also now the s22 ultra case comes with an extra front bumper for when you don't want the screen protector on.
I put moothly the case but now i cnt turn off my phone😢😢😢
The fingerprint stamp is noticable and obscures content on the phone screen.
If you take off the front cover and anything gets on the fingerprint stamp it is ruined forever, so you can't take off the cover even though dust gets under there.

How do ypu clean the back of the screen protector if theurs dirt behind it
Hi. We are not recommended to take the screen off, the fingerprint stamp will not work properly after dust gets in. One of our customer shared with us that he first covered the sensor area with masking tape, then cleaned the screen protector with an alcohol pad and let it dry naturally.

The screen protector top portion fits fine, but the bottom portion is too small, mine doesn't fit.

How do I actually get the fingerprint to work now with the case on??? It works just fine without the case on, but I just installed the case today when I got it delivered and it won't work.
So why's it sent with a screen protector shell and one without a screen protector ? I'd understand if it was a backup with a screen protector like the main one.
It allows you to use a glass screen protector instead.

Why does that Button sticker have to be on? I dont like the look of a dark circle in the middle of the phone. But now I know why my finger print won't work. I took it off. Looks like I have to get a different Screen protector that doesn't need that Ugly Button sticker. What a waist of money. So disappointed 😞
