Hey!!Student apartments are different from general open market apartments.Students can choose to live wherever they want but offcourse student apartments are cheaper & preferred by most of the students in Finland.www.soa.fi/en/home.html. Check out this link which gives yu list of all Student housings in different cities in Finland and .And student housing to be applied well before on time not after landing and not to mention only after the admission is confirmed!
