Kind of stupid. It's supposed to be a dance not an exercise session. Dancing is supposed to be fun, not grueling. Whoever made this up should use it in a Zumba class. Ridculous to make it so difficult that not everyone can do it or even keep up. The second dance makes more sense. Now that's Soul Line Dancing like most people know it.
