So it could mean after those fallen ancients attacked the cookies, the witches turned evil and started eating cookies
I think it came to witches making cookies first to eat but decided to let them live and created earthbread and during the beginning time, 5 of the fallen heroes were created, then they were sealed, 5 ancients came along, dark flour war happened, and now to the present of gingerbrave
didnt they already eat cookies before that

I don't think they're evil, they just want to eat cookies. I guess after what happend to the Fallen Heroes. They go back to eating
i look at the comment section and see people being confused about the witches being good or bad and i just want to say-- that is how mythology works, doesn't it? it is a matter of perspective, a matter of the time period it was written then.
if we pretend that the story about the Beasts were written by the cookies who were saved by the Witches (say, the fairy cookies), then ofc they would revere them as benevolent, mighty beings. same thing as if we pretend that the story about Witches eating cookies were written by those who has seen such traumatic acts (like White Lily), then they would see the Witches as selfish, cruel beings who are a glutton for cookie flesh.
and this is my favorite thing about CRK Lore, if i'm being honest. it feels real and well-thought out. they continue to expand the history and mythology in a way that has a lot of depth to it. the mythology hints to the culture or perspectives of who might have "written" them.
All the previous lore I have been familiar with still gives me goosebumps when I revisit it. Devsisters is cooking whenever they write. 🔥

It's more likely that the only reason the witches sealed away the Beasts was because they were afraid that those Cookies would turn on them, given their powers. The witches may have only left the cookies on Earthbread alone as they liked being praised as holy deities, hence they let Earthbread have its heroes.
I am interested to see how the fallen cookies react to the ancient given that they quite literally have parts of their souls with them. But also since its hinted that "shadow milk" is related to pure vanilla im curious to see if the flower staff can control more then just a healing aura, or maybe im thinking of it too hard that the ancients still wield some of the powers that the fallen had.
That's what im saying in some ofy previous comments from other crk youtubers i said that pure vanilla DOES knows how to wield dark moon magic but he dont want to use it anymore because he fears thst it will happen again (the explosion probably?)last time he did he was at desperation
That would be a really crystal jam or smth where PV uses dark moon magic.

Now I feel like...originally, White Lily and DE cookie are really two completely different cookies
After the dark flour war, DE cookie was also seriously injured (possibly losing her dough aka body), but was not completely wiped out and still existed in a subconscious form.
Because WL represents purity, innocence and fragility (keywords that make us think of "should be protected") but at the same time, she's also the one who seeks truth and freedom by herself (we have the saying "Nothing stings like the truth" and in reality "freedom" always comes at the cost of the most pain and crisis that an individual may go through -> She has never been protected and on the contrary, she coincidentally is always the one facing the heaviest dangers herself)
So I guess, perhaps when WL fell into the pot while in a crisis, and with her natural purity, her dough actually was possessed by DE (the purest things when weakened are also the easiest to be contaminated), rather than she was turning into DE cookie
This may have reasonably explained why we can meet Lily at the beginning of the story but with losing memory and suddenly disappear (it seems like that's just her soul or a little echo of her soul jam, and yh ofc her dough currently being used by DE)
Also explained why she could easily lie to fool Pitaya Dragon (has the appearance of WL, but inside is already DE)
About DE cookie herself, there's a whole sky of interesting things surrounding her. If we remember back, her thinking is radical and revolutionary but at the same time, it can be considered somewhat speculative. ruined and distorted. Perhaps her own story will be closely related to the 5 fallen heroes (not simply wanting to ally for strength)
And not hurry in mentioning the truth of the witches. First of all, we still have lots of debate about the true origin of cookies, the story of witches and wizards (moonlight city yah)
So right now, all we know is still about cookies, but there has never been a hint about which hypothesis is more right when it related to the origin of cookies

yeah, she is a separate cookie, just using white lily’s body to exist! there’s a reason why she says “ahh, a new body, how refreshing” which means she’s existed before as a seperate cookie.
Did you notice how the cookie got their soul jam by order Pure vanilla first Shadow milk last ,Hollyberry second eternal sugar 4th, dark cacao and mystic flour middle and then white lily 4th silent salt 2nd and the golden cheese last with burning spice 1st so that’s cool

I feel like when the seal to trap the fallen heroes was made, it also took away the witches and their good and holiness somehow and thats why they started eating cookies..
a fact:In the first clip shown (The legend of how cookies came to be),The background music actually appeared in the city of wizards,so does that mean we got the city of wizards teased years ago?
Could it be that the first gen soulgam wielders were bake to be evil by the witches. This could also be why white lily cookie turned into dark enchantress cookie, after seeing the witches plan?

The only part that still confuses me is how white lily cookie was part of the war against… herself?
If I'm not wrong , I remember her being just an illusion since that's one of dark enchantress cookie's power ^^
I always considered her appearance during the cutscenes as the story itself being passed down, no one knew except Pure Vanilla that WL was DE so the cookie legend includes white lily during the fight against DE. Though also what the previous commenter said DE can cast her WL form as an illusion, though why she would do this to fool her former friends is unknown. I personally interpret that WL being there during the fight is just the legend being told, if I’m remembering correctly I think the heroes actually mention WL disappearing before the final fight, but I could be wrong/mixing it up with my own hc

So by what I’m understanding of the lore you put and I played throughout the game too, the first cookie that able to escape from the oven did exist by evidently of the statue the other cookie built but crumbled afterwards, before the beast there was one legendary cookie but somewhat strange that dev no longer mentioned of the first cookie legacy most are the later one

And when the 5 ancient battle her
White lily was an illusion

We will see how white lily encounters the bad witches and became dark enchantress

Does this mean that the white lily has disappeared and will not return as good?
Wait another five years then add oven break, tower of adventure and all the other games into one huge lore fest for Game Theory

The first story is interesting because it's obviously pure legend - it doesn't make sense with the known history of the world. The guild museum has loads of relics of 'caveperson' style cookie civilisations, which indicate the cookies have lived and evolved for thousands of years. The story also only has one cookie surviving, which cannot be true, and refers to a single batch of cookies, as opposed to a whole time known as 'the chaos of iron and flame'. But what that means is that a) the witches are barely portrayed as evil outside of this legend, excepting the one image of them in the opening at 5:24, but b) something must have happened for all of cookiekind to turn them into a scary story, and I presume that's to do with either the soul jams, the beasts, or what happened after that.
The only real question is how did the ancient cookie obtained the soul jam after the previous evil ancient got lock up the ancient cookie wasn’t baked with the soul jam bc in the story they were young without it so how would they obtain especially having control with it well ig their will be a side story about that eventually along with upgrading soul jams like magic candy’s

This might be just me thinking too deep but in my opinion I think it has more to do with the perception of the witch by the cookies like how dark enchantress sees them as evil but the other cookies saw them as good because they sealed the beasts but instead the reality could be that the beasts were just like dark enchantress who rebelled against the witches and got corrupted and the cookies thought the beasts were evil but they just wanted to defeat the witches.

I already know how the next episode is gonna be. When they release White Lily Shadow Milk will be set free. He can plan to set the other legends free or even form an alliance with Dark Enchantress. Either way, it'll be good to watch😅.

Yeah, not gonna lie, kind of lost. I want to follow along but the story of the witches was confusing. So the witches were good or bad? I thought they were bad that's why the cookies wanted to run away from them and exact revenge. But at the same time, they didn't want the land plunged into chaos so they sealed away the fallen heroes? Unless this is an entirely new set of witches. Maybe I just skipped story too many times.
I have a theory that the 3 witches that made the first cookies were evil. Afterwards it says they left the cookie dough, so i believe those 3 left to do other things. And other witches came in and decided to populate earth bread.
Then when white lily saw the witches eating the cookies, they didnt move nor react. Because they were just regular cookies and not cookies with life powder. White lily couldnt tell the difference of regular cookies and alive cookies so she just assumed all the witches wanted to eat the cookies.
That would make sense if they were entirely different witches. Which I think is the case as well, otherwise, I'm not sure how else to explain it. it seems kind of strange in a way if White Lily couldn't tell the difference between sentient cookies and non-sentient ones, though. And I guess this means Dark Enchantress likes what the fallen heroes did and wants to free them? I don't feel like they'd fight together, y'know? They seem so unruly. @@JoaoPedro-eq3hj

They're definitely gonna ruin the story and lore now at this again i'm gonna lower my criticism if this update does not Ruin the game/ruin story and lore, You also gotta think about the game will also get ruined if they mess up the tower of chaos like they did with the cookie alliance Also, just because these "fallen evil heroes" came first does not mean they're more powerful, we all gotta realize We have to realize that the ancient heroes are more powerful than them will ever be Also I really do not like in fact even hate these "fallen evil heroes"
