My mother was born in 1916 she had one of Elvis songs on 78 I think it was sun records .hound dog or blue sweedshoes not sure but his very first song was to his mother he recorded. It and gave it to her on his birthday .the man that cut the record set it to people and he became a over night hit.Elvis would not mix his feelings about vietnam and his singing .but with him being a army vet him self you could see it in his face ...
