And my mom used to make curd rice .We will sit in a semicircle and each will extend their palm to get one handful of curd rice . Then we make a small dent(kuzhi) in middle with thumb and she will pour sambhar (puli kozhambhu) or spinach(keerai) sambhar ....👍👌it's heaven ,,👌👌 beauty of Indian food
