In this video I'll show you how to slim round cheeks using makeup that you probably already have in your makeup bag. It's a simple technique that you can add into your normal makeup routine!

I just got back into trying to learn how to do makeup. I’m so happy I found Nina. I tried to practice during the start of the pandemic but stopped because the tutorials from the YT “beauty MUA,” didn’t explain anything. all their looks had the same Instagram style; which is just not realistic or practical. I googled “how to slim down cheeks with blusher” & you popped up! I think I’ve not got the best products for this mainly the bronzer I used. It doesn’t blend to well & I’m starting to feel itchy with it. Unless I used to much I’m not sure. Brilliant tutorial though, you’re make up is beautiful.

I think you've used an appropriate amount of contour to slim down your cheeks; it's not too much. It's just right. I like how you shared to know how much product to use for certain areas of your face and experimenting with it. I'm still new to contour, blush and highlight and hope that I can get better with my make up skills. I really wish I can say after doing my own make up...."it's easy or I found that easy" but I just need to experiment more. I love watching your tutorials and am finding them helpful. Thank you ❤

Currently I'm loving the Huda Beauty Easy Bake because it genuinely keeps everything in place, but for a lighter finish I love the Make Up For Ever UHD setting powder - it's ultra fine!

Looks so pretty! as a more mature skin fan of yours, I suffer from volume loss in the cheeks. Can you provide a suggestion or tutorial on where to place product to disguise the look of less volume and gravity shift? Or would using this technique still benefit that facial structure?

Hi Nina! I have a slim face (oval shape). Is it okey for me to put a bronzer on my cheeks? I have a light skin and I do not know the right way to put a bronzer on my cheeks. Thank you!
Yes you can, however, use a slightly cooler tone bronzer to avoid looking orange and also placement can be on the perimeter of the face to add warmth and also a little around your cheeks to give a rounder finish (if you have a slim face then you can get away with rounding your cheeks).
