I think a lot of people are exaggerating and saying that kaz is now op, forgetting that 99% of kazuya players don’t have/wont pull off this level of execution in actual matches let alone practice 😆

Bro he’s still inconsistent 😂😂 he still has 50/50 and limited moves. He’s still slower on recovery than most so he will always get countered.

I'm a beginner and learning ewgf and wavedashing (and the options out of it) has been so difficult but I'm slowly getting there. I'm just happy I have access to some somewhat easier combos while I learn the more advanced stuff :')
I hope a kazuya main can win Evo Japan or US twt championship with these buffs

I don’t think people realize how difficult it is to pilot kaz like this. The dash cancel is very difficult to do consistently. Very impressive.

The dash cancels aren’t all required
Haven't tried it with my arcade stick yet but i have to say i find it really difficult to do on pad due to the small there is between my fingers. Guess it becomes muscle memory after enough practice.

Hell yeah kazuya is playable now, finnaly the devs fixed, most of his problems, still df1,df2 is a bit inconsistent, but now he does more damage and has functional combos.
Btw good combo roots and tricks dude, you play alot.

They require electrics which is one of the hardest moves to learn in tekken including pewgf

The only question I have about these combos is after the dgf stun on counter hit or from crouch, im guessing its tight timing to get a launch from ewgf if timed correctly cause everytime I try to get a launch after they have been stunned its not giving me a normal ewgf the regular launch at all

Any advice for landing the cd 1+2 after 2x ewgf? The timing seems really strict.
Also, I'm not sure, sometimes f, n, df: 1+2 gives thunder god fist inside of parricide fist.
Yeah Needs Bug Fixing - My Advice TBH is to go for EWGF and CD1+2 Better Reward Than 2x EWGF CD1+2 ( it's quite hard as cd1+2 is a 24f move that requires just frame input to land) 😞

Do you think this is a viable combo route in practice? Since I'm struggling with the micro dash d/f 1 for 3x EWGF, and was looking for alternatives.
I'm currently considering the following: 2x EWGF -> 3,1 -> CD 1+2 -> 3,1 CD cancel -> B 2, 2, 1+2. This does 77 damage but the issue is that the first 3,1 is hard to connect consistently if the first EWGF is at tip range. The rest is pretty consistent though.

Df1,4 tech traps are insane i genuinely discovered the hopkick trqp within 5mins and i was like hollysmoke this is good. Lookinh forward to practicing 4x with and without pewgf but which is easier with pewgf as it launches higer ?

Kaz still whiffs when you block a low and go for twin pistons . Literally a few matches with Bryan and Asuka I know forsure the punish window was good and I whiffed hard to the point they need to patch it next latch cause that’s like 15 matches I lost in rage when I went for a twin piston punish and whiffed just to get counter juggled

Hi new to tekken in general here but have been playing 8 since launch. I can’t not for the life of me figure out how
A. Some players are able to get like a dash in between PEWGFs? I don’t understand how they are closing the gap between them and the opponent after every PEWGF. And B. When I see you do counter hit into PEWGF you get them way over your head but when I do it they are at like eye level with kazuya. If anyone has tips for this please help 😂

1 those are dash electrics, so ff neutral then df2 and for the seconed question, df2 into electric needs to be double frame perfect. So what i mean by that is imputting the pewgf on the right frame after df2 hits. And I mean pewgf, so not f d df2 but fdf2 (very fast) or f, df2. That makes the electric 13 frames so then it launches, hardest thing to do in the game

That's Called PEWGF (Perfect Electric) - It's a 13 Just Frame Electric - EWGF is 14Frames and PEWGF is 13Frames! This is not for NEW Players 💀

just play more i guess, i prac 2pewgf combos and never actually used them, also my electric or ff3 combos use b2,2 instead of 314 xD. just play more and prac some new combos, try to apply them against real players, otherwise thay are useless :) gl man
