Filtering the water is needed all depending on where someone is getting their water. "Cleaning the water" may not be possible.
A couple of years ago I read a great little book on natural healing called ‘My Physician, Myself’, written by an older man who cured himself of a number of maladies without medical intervention. It’s available on Amazon and well worth the read. You might also look into the work of Luigi Cornaro, a Venetian nobleman who lived to 102.

I ordered the echogo+ a week ago and seeing amazing results. Energy levels up, sleep better, hyperthyroid getting better.
This guy on CZcams is selling a 2500.00 machine and says this one doesn't work... of course. His arguments are compelling, at least... but I can't afford a 2500.00 machine, plus a filter and a distiller before I start. I mean, geeze, this stuff gets crazy!! What water are you using in the bottle to start?

Our ancestors drank well water for generations. That's what I am drinking too.
The Hunza drank water from 6000 year old glacier...organic food, no pesticides and peaceful life. Great model tbh but suggest full biome which makes sense why hydrogen is helpful
They also largely drank alcohol all the time, even kids, until tea and coffee became popular. I don’t know how that’s a good rationalization. Also decades of pills being dumped down toilets affects the entire water table. That includes well water.
Different time though :/ water was cleaner. Now everything we touch is borderline poison.
I understand the benefits and believe in them for hydrogen water. I have a few issues with what is being presented and sold. What kind of metal is being used in those devices, especially the portable ones. Electrolysis will leach dangerous particles from the metal plate and put it into that water. Not good for us. I did some extensive research and only 1 company (in Japan) spent the time and money to use a metal that would not do that. Secondly the home water filter system that Gary says he has 2 of, if it is filtering water that is coming out of our tap, how does it have enough time to infuse enough hydrogen into it as it is quickly passing through. A good machine takes 30min to fully saturate a container of water with hydrogen. I just want good explanations to these concerns before I buy into what is being said on this podcast.
You can do electrolysis with a carbon instead of a metal anode and cathode.

Wonderful interview in that Dr Paul finally set the record straight about water, minerals and that we should not expect the body to use minerals from water! Finally the truth slips out.
I'm not sure he's correct about that. Salt - HCl - is an inorganic compound, and it is plenty bioavailable when we consume it. Lots of supplements use inorganic compounds. Yes, chelated minerals are better absorbed, but inorganic forms still get some absorption.
This was so enlightening. I went to a Kangen presentation, but with a background of chemistry it made no sense. Stomachs are so acidic that what they were claiming simply couldn't be true. Glad I saved the $6K!

A fascinating conversation. Redox conversion is so common but not understood. There is a need for a ballance between oxidation and reduction to make the system work which may explain why the controdiction of adding akuline water to a acidic gut flora. With the electrolizer there usually a need to add baking soda or salt to make the water conductive for electrolis to happen. Using baking soda creates alkuline water using salt creates hydrofloric acid so acidic. What I found interesting is the H3 water does not buffer the acidic function of the gut bacteria

I have a reverse osmosis 7 stage water filter that not only removes chemicals and fluoride, but is far infra red treated, remineralised and then converted to hydrogen water. I am in Oz and it costs around $600. Have had it for 10 years and could not live without my "magic" water. When i travel i buy RO water and add hymalan salt so i am not drinking "dead" water. I also have my mains water at point of entry to my house filtered as well, that way my inside filter doesn't have to work so hard and i get extended life out of my filters.

Mate.. How can you have a 55 minute podcast with an expert on hydrogen water, go into so much detail and yet not mention what a minimum or average PPM/PPB you should have ?
Everyone is being sucked into the price difference buying the cheap bottles and not knowing that they only make upto 1000PPB.
Dr.Pauls bottles make 2500PPB in 5 mins and 4500PPB at 10 minutes. So if the expert that makes the bottles is having that as a base line, im sure we should as well?
So if your buying a bottle and it doesnt say the PPM/PPB dont buy it.
It will be cheap china junk that cost $10 to buy from a factory. Make sure you get at least a 3000PPB bottle.

Went to the Echo website, ordered my bottle, to Gary’s team- please expound on the importance of the water type you put in your bottles to hydrogenate. People need to know before they buy 😊 and for optimum results.
We have a point of use R.O filter in the kitchen. Do you think that would be good water to Hydrogenate?
1. Using cold water will help to dissolve more hydrogen to your water. Use cold water from the fridge but do not refrigerate the generator.
2. Use RO, distilled or purified water. You will get more out of your generator and it will increase the PEM (proton exchange membrane) life.
I’m fairly certain you are to use distilled water.

I have to say I had the exact same experience as this person's spouse. I bought my hydrogenizer for like $20 on amazon just to try it. I plugged it in and charged it up, filled it up and ran the cycle. The taste was somewhat different, but I immediately craved it. I refilled the container and ran the cycle and drank it down as fast as I could. Within a couple of hours I had drank 4 containers. It's an amazing difference and I definitely feel better.

Slowly…Get off of Uric acids and oxalates from fruits and veggies, beans and grains…do it slowly…slowly then add more fatty beef daily as you slowly lower your Uric acid and Oxalate load in your body. If you do it too fast you will make more problems as the body starts to discharge Oxalates too quickly from your joints.

What I would love to see is someone talk about all the antidepressants in our tap water. There are studies of Niagara river fish brains that are saturated with 100 percent antidepressants. The problem is that SSRIs and other tricyclics etc are not metabolized by our liver and kidneys and we urinate out 100 percent antidepressants. Look at prevalence of antidepressant use in Canada. Then look at if our water treatment plants can filter this drug out. It can not. I would argue that we are drinking antidepressants. This is a huge problem. Please look into it and you will find what I am saying is true.

You say that you want the average person to be a superhuman but you priced these water containers and bottles outside of the price range of the average working class person. The picture is over $600. How was that feasible for anyone.
Yea. So just start with a zero pitcher, or go somewhere with water jugs and collect some well water somewhere.
You can structure the water by putting it in the sun(in glass gal jug) or strategic use of certain rocks or minerals. Tap water even when filtered is not well structured like what has come through the ground in the earth. Study Masaru Emoto. Get his book . All this is inexpensive and will get you going in a great direction. Save up for the other.

If the water helped his wife was transported to the cruise ship in regular jugs. According to what he said, the hydrogen would dissipate.. so I’m confused
I would assume they had something to perform electrolysis on the ship.
They said if there's no lid and it's not closed the hydrogen would dissipate within a few hours. I'm assuming if there's a tight lid on it that's not the case?

Have found that adding a little colloidal silver between drinks to keep the membrane wet,then add water on top of this for the next drink, wow, does it bubble, and on top of this it will prevent bacteria and smelling

Hi Gary. What is your take on Hydrogen water versus Ozonated water both from drinking and bathing?
Ozone water is helpful killing bad stuff But it is an oxidant. Do not take the same day as the antioxidant Hydrogen water as they cancel each other out.
I'd also like to share that any mention of negative charge (cathode) is incorrect. What's actually happening in water electrolysis is completely different to what our physics textbooks say because opposites do not attract. Instead in electrolysis, 'like attracts like' and atoms are either charging or discharging (wrongly interpreted as 'negative charge'). So the positive charged atoms (hydrogen) go to the positive anode (releasing oxygen to the surface) and the negative discharging atoms (oxygen) go to the cathode, releasing hydrogen to the surface.
We've done a video on this which we'll share soon on our Omnia channel. Based on Walter Russell's knowledge. There are no 'ions' that are exchanged, there is no 'negative charge' in particles and opposites 'oppose' each other - in reality, like attracts like.

Great podcast, however, I have to disagree that distilled water doesn’t leach minerals from the body. Read the book called Dancing with Water for the full explanation. Water is naturally hungry for minerals, which is why it absorbs them readily, whether from the Earth or our bodies.
But u can add minerals to distilled a it’s the cleanest water only it’s in plastic there’s no win in this screwed world

I think the issue is:
it is an Oxidizer, as opposed to being
a Reducer (= antioxidant/hydrogen producing molecule) .
Hydrogen PerOxide produces free Oxygen. Making it an Oxygen producing molecule (Oxidant).
3% Hydrogen Peroxide is useful: multipurpose mouth wash with hundreds of home &wellness uses.

Using a different brand from Amazon that only produces 1400 ppb after 3min. After one week of constant use of 3-4L of hydrogen water per day:
My endurance and recovery time has significantly gotten better. Don't need to rest or eat as much food either. I can just keep going even where normally I'd need to nap or rest.
Note I'm 31 years old and I'm a third way through 75 hard. I'm training twice a day, extremely active and my diet is extremely clean. No processed foods, whole foods ONLY. Mainly having a eggs, whey isolate, cacao shake I make along with organic beef pasta for my main meals. Currently diet is focused around fats and protien, low carb but I'll occasionally have clean, single ingredient carbs when having to eat with friends or family.
Only thing I noticed is when I first started using hydrogen water I got headaches on the first day, and I got extreme carb cravings - it stopped after that first day and I crave hydrogen water now. Probably my bad gut bacteria freaking out that it was about to be wiped out by the good gut bacteria that feast on hydrogen, dunno but probably wise to use it through a few cycles first to clear out any manufacturer processing chemicals or what not.
Would of got the product they advertised here but not readily available in Aus and I wanted one asap, not to have to wait a month or so for shipping - will probably eventually try one of these Echo ones out now that I know it works for me.

I just got the echo bottle. Can you add trace minerals to the water or does it affect the hydrogen amt?
