Nokia N96 Reset For No Reason

This is a common problem with mine, especially when playing music and then trying to do something else with it, it seems to get confused and then gives up and resets, this was the only time I had a friend near by to borrow their phone to record it as it happened

this is because your phne rpl its damaged.... check if your imei is ok or not by entering *#06#
if you get 12345610654321? you need to get it fixed by a technician... i got a n85 in th same condition

Or buy new battery this can be reason of resets too

HARD RESET
Turn the phone off, press and hold the green (talk) key + number 3 on the keypad + the * (asterisk) key and then, while you keep them depressed, turn the phone back on. It is a bit tricky without three hands, so it might take a few tries. You'll know when it succeeds.
