tbh i expected some darker, richer tones. purple has always been synonymous with royalty and when i think of royalty, i think of rich, dark colours. since Jeffree took the royalty theme and ran with it, i feel like it is justified to expect those colours. like a gold shimmer would have been STUNNING in that palette. purple and gold complement each other so well. a purple the colour of the palette itself. the top two rows could have been altered by replacing some of those pastel shades with a darker transition, a dark purple shimmer, a neon purple, a pink moment, an orange shimmer , matte teal, matte black and a cream/purple metallic chrome shift. this palette had so much genuine potential and i feel like the opportunity was wasted. this could have been the palette of the year from just the packaging tbh. regardless, i still love the palette. it definately did not have a roalty theme (apart fro the names) but it,s beautiful. definitely gravitate towards pink magic and vile serpent. also i have entered the giveaway AND followed you on IG!!! my handle is @jessie_dowlah
