I make these all the time. Found the recipe 10 years ago in a LCBO magazine. It’s served on top of a balsamic glazed arugula. So tasty !
Made this and added mushrooms I had in the fridge and it was sooo good.

Would this recipe work without the honey? I can't have sugar, so I would love to make this without the honey or with some sugar substitute, like stevia.
I’ve never cooked with stevia so I can’t say. The honey is a crucial part of the recipe, it can’t be eliminated.
