3:38 Yeh incident ho chuka hai mere saath. Mere Acer Predator Neo 16 mein bios update ho rha tha aur battery sirf 42% charge thi. I didn't notice that the firmware update means Bios update. Charger bhi nhi connect tha, and as a result laptop bandh ho gaya. Service centre se contact Kiya toh unhone kaha press the power button for 3 sec and leave the laptop for a day. The next day I tried again and it worked. Don't make this mistake like me. Otherwise cons : 1. Laptop charging will not support, 2. Draining of the battery may result in a permanent shutdown.

Bro i have the same configuration, even uploaded a short on it, just go to the Lenovo site , the support then add your device serial number and raise a ticket and request a call , they will talk to you and will check your system via their software, if if they found that problem is genuine they'will replace it with a 230 watt adapter
170 watt can also do your work but under warranty you can replace it with the 230 watt for free of cost , go for it

Sir I have Lenovo loq i5 13450hx with rtx 4050 24gb Ram I tried playing GTA 5 and while my battery was at 100% the battery drained to 98% but while my battery was at 85% whole playing after 2hrs the battery was at 88% so it is a battery drain or not I have 170watt charger
