I’ve been drinking this brand of coconut water everyday for a while now and today I was wondering how exactly it was “made”. Well here is is! Good stuff 🤌🏼 the one with natural pineapple flavor is my favorite
I knew it! 1:25 This video proves my point to my friends that the coconut water sold in the States comes from mature coconuts not the young ones. Young coconut water is so much better tasting and sweeter to boot. Mature coconut water by virtue of higher potassium content, taste salty to me.
I'm trying to find out if this coconut water is pasteurized. I drink this brand every day. It says that the water is processed within 2 hours. What is that process?
@suspicionofdeceit Harmless Harvest don't pasteurize their coconut water and it's completely safe right? Why can't Kroger do the same. Just a question, I drink the Kroger brand everyday and feel more hydrated than ever.

Hello. We are researching why it takes approximately two hours to process the coconut water, but we can say that we pasteurize the coconut water at roughly 280 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 seconds. If you have any questions before we find the answer to your other question, please let us know, citing case # 59151088. Thanks for reaching out!
Our coconut water goes through several steps: pasteurization, blending, sterilization, and packaging, with QA checks throughout the process. These steps take 1-2 hours. We hope this information is useful to you. If you have any questions, please let us know, citing case # 59151088. Thanks for reaching out!
@Isaak V because of weight. The tree would want to get rid of the extra weight for fresh fruits and also so that theheavy fruit doesn't make the branches week

Look how emaciated all the workers look, can't be that sustainable.
Why because their not white and fat wearing sweat pants and McDonald's t-shirts lol
Why they fall?
@Isaak V because of weight. The tree would want to get rid of the extra weight for fresh fruits and also so that theheavy fruit doesn't make the branches week
Gravity
Young coconuts > mature coconuts
Zico is the best
I will never buy this again seeing how this is processed.
Yeah you are watching the workers pick the coconut - and majority of the profits come to you, the epitome of capitalism.

They waste a lot of the water though
there is a drain at the bottom that collects all of the spilled water.
They don't though
