i know your not watching to many videos so i will say this hear. i found protein bars at asda i ordered my shopping now they are expensive one pound fifty seven i believe however the little chocolate protein bar has 20 grams of protein and its so good i eat half and it is amazing. you might try it. if your having trouble gettting your protein its been a major help with me in getting in my breakfst as alot of the time i want to get up get out and skip a meal NOT GOOD i am doing better. ctry
