A proper chicken sandwich - AND its actually pretty healthy? apart from the MSG powder though perhaps..... Lean chicken, flour 1/4 of an egg per portion, milk and some seasoning. Am I wrong to want one of these monsters! More videos please :)

Looks delicious but I noticed you discarded a majority of the breast. I think the humongous size and thickness is what gives Popeye's sandwich it's trademark. Great job though👍.
There was no way I could have used a whole breast for the sandwich. It was easily 2 or 3 times the size of the bun. Nothing was discarded, I'm too cheap for that...everything got used even if you didn't see it on the video! ❤ Jess

When I tried it for the first time during the initial release the chicken actually was too large for the bread, but during the second time around they scaled it down quite a bit 🤷🏻♀️. However big the size, in my opinion it still wasn't worth the hype. Now If we can just figure out Chick-fil-A's copycat recipe.....🤔

What Kind of buns you use??
They were actually a brioche style bun from Wal-Mart
We don't have msg here in NZ so what else will be a substitute?
Had to do a bit of research but you can sub with sea salt.

This was a fry oil mix, peanut oil would work also! ❤Jess
When I recorded mine I dropped a bottle of vanilla in my grease so my chicken ended up looking dark and was sweet 🤣🤣🤣
