This kind of heavily capital intensive long-term project is what Ghana needs to ensure rapid economic growth. Successive governments always embark on lazy short-term project for next election. It's a shame how African is failing her people.

If we clean up the country, tourism will go up by 25%.

You see, every plot of land is owned by someone either GOVERNMENT, PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL, PUBLIC INSTITUTION, ASSOCIATION, AN ORGANISATION ETC.
