    Great stuff! I'm almost done making my app, now trying to integrate a QR code into a label for export/printing. Thanks for the great tutorial!

    Hello Henry,
    I fear I am breaking new ground here. I have Word Templates that are set up to pull in custom Quick Part Content via a form control. This content is in the building block library as Quick Part. This content is not the document properties etc.
    The Flow I set up will pull in all the other form prompts but not the Quick Part prompts. This is a key need for the creation of the app.
    Unlike the other form prompts that could be sourced a number of ways for the app, these Quick Parts contain substantial content that is already properly formatted as Word content.
    Thanks
    Dan

    Nice tutorial. I think they're called single quotes though, the apostrophes you mentioned.

    I am not able to read this bar codes through the scanner ?

    • @henryouang
      @henryouang  Před 3 lety

      As long as your barcode scanner is compatible with the barcode type, it should work. Also, according to the pinned comment, barcodes4me may no longer be available. There is an alternative in the linked comment.

    Hi, How can you add images to your qr code?

    • @henryouang
      @henryouang  Před 4 lety

      Hi, you will need to find an API that allows you to bring in QR Codes that are customizable. The website in my video does not provide QR support I believe.

    I got really excited when i saw this video. Then I found out that the API was shut down. I did discover that I can print barcodes with my handheld label printer, which is good if your application is mostly about reading barcodes rather than producing them. Since I plan to create them occasionally and read them frequently, this works for me. Video on using a Brady handheld printer to print a barcode (it's simply built-in): czcams.com/video/Orb03cvTUu4/video.html. I know this won't satisfy most of you, but for me it helps.
