I get so exciting when you post a new video. I have been using your recipes for over a year now and my hair is thriving. The fenugreek paste is my holy grail. I also recently added marshmallow root to my flax seed gel. My hair has finally reached just passed my collarbone after 5+ years. It's thick and healthy. Your videos are so beautiful and calming. Thank you doesn't quite cut it.
Once again you made a video that is not only tasteful, but oozing with understated elegance! As you have proven, we don't need to say much to convey a powerful message.
I really enjoy your video they lovely and well done I still use your other fenugreek mix on my hair . Funny thing today I’m making a Fenugreek butter for this salt and pepper hair . Thank you and do take care really nice to see a good video well done.
Yes! the strained oil is the prepoo. use it as an oil treatment by applying it all over (dry) hair. leave it in for as long as you'd like (I typically go overnight, but 30 minutes will also work) using a heat cap if necessary. and then wash your hair afterwards (you may have to shampoo twice to remove enough oil)
Thank you! Your hair is amazing! Does the Henna change the color of your hair? Do you use aloe in your hair as well? What doo you suggest for hairr regrowth especially around the edges from age and hormones.?
In general Henna does change my hair color so I would assume this oil would as well to a degree (the brahmi definitely would darken the hair). I used aloe in the past but lately I have not included it in my routines. For hair regrowth you can try any of the recipes on this channel. But I cannot guarantee anything. I recommend looking up hair related videos from Dr Eric berg and nutritionfacts.org on CZcamsfor other information on hair related issues!
It is! You can only see it in certain lights though or on my grey hairs (which are a vibrant red) I personally like the red hues and actually use another temporary dye to make my hair even more red occasionally. But using amla or bhrami can help darken the red henna hues and make it much more subtle if that’s something you’re worried about.
@@VyalaBloom I want red but have a lot of grey on dark hair afraid of orange and you can't dye over Henna.akso henna long ago took away my curls. Maybe the mix would work. You have so much beautiful hair

Hi
So the strained liquid is the prepoo? If so, how do you use it?
Yes! the strained oil is the prepoo. use it as an oil treatment by applying it all over (dry) hair. leave it in for as long as you'd like (I typically go overnight, but 30 minutes will also work) using a heat cap if necessary. and then wash your hair afterwards (you may have to shampoo twice to remove enough oil)
What are the herbs you mixed in the conditioner?
The ones she extracted when she strained for the liquid.
@@pfb74 I obviously wasn't paying attention 🤣

@@VyalaBloom Thank you! Your hair is not red with the Henna?

Can anything be used instead of henna or can henna be omitted? I would like to not risk colouring my hair and I know henna can do that😊
